Curriculum Vitae
The speaking, workshops, and coaching I provide are based on many years of learning from some of the world’s finest teachers — inside and outside of traditional academic settings. I’ve had a dozen years of higher education, over a decade of rigorous personal and professional development, and a lifetime of athletics, yoga, martial arts, and playing. I bring a rare mix of rich theoretical training and practical experience to support my work. I have tremendous gratitude and reverence for my teachers, coaches, and mentors.
