Laughing Alone or “Take a Vacation with Laughturbation”
This workshop takes participants through a program of how to do laughter yoga alone. Milton Berle said “Laughter is an instant vacation” – learn how to take that vacation every day if you like. Enjoy the wonderful rewards of laughter on a more regular basis. Explore laughter outside the social realm and consider laughing alone. For years, people would come to my laughter clubs and ask about laughing at home. This workshop takes you through a program and set of ideas so that you can engage in the practice of laughing alone. The idea of laughing alone can be thought of in the same vein as a personal meditation or yoga practice. Frankly, there is a very nice meld that can be done with laughter yoga alone and existing or desired yoga and meditation practices. In fact, the breathing practices that are included are a great segue into a more extended meditation.
