To Enhance Communication and Service
Workshops To Enhance Communication/Service
“No more Peeing in the Pool”
Are you tired of constant complaining around the office? What’s it like to swim in polluted water all day? This workshop is all about ending the garbage of our communication at work (and the skills apply to the rest of life). Participants will learn how to shift their conversations so they are creating positive energy instead of indulging the usual “trauma sharing” and destructive conversations.
“Two Smile Service: Good Humor at Work”
This workshop plays with the idea that great customer service (taken broadly to include health-care providers, educators, etc.) produces pleasure for both the customer and the person doing the work; in addition to demonstrating the importance of this idea through stories and group activities, specific practices to bring humor and laughter into the workplace are introduced.
“Courageous Conversations”
This session is based on a project, Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most, developed over ten years at Harvard. We will go through a concrete, step-by-step approach to preparing for and conducting your most challenging conversations. Whether you have to confront your supervisor or deliver bad news, get ready to face the conversation that you have been avoiding!
Can you imagine laughing your way through a workshop that will alter your workplace communication? Find out how.
You may also want to have a look at workshops to help you to have more laughter, humour, and play in your life; find wellness and balance, develop optimal performance. We also offer workshops for leaders and about laughter.
